Neutrogena: Hydro Boost Range Review

What is Neutrogena- Hydro Boost Range all about:

Featuring its innovative Progressive Release System, Hydro Boost not only releases moisture steadily into skin for continuous all-day hydration but also addresses the root causes of inner skin dryness. Combining advanced hydrating elements that replenishes and repairs skin from within, Hydro Boost protects skin from the damaging effects of air-conditioning, late nights and the harsh rays of the sun, resulting in smoother, supple skin.
The unique formulation contains highly purified hyaluronic acid which absorbs up to 1,000 times its weight in water and releases it into skin steadily over time, and olive extract, derived from highly purified olive oil, which effectively rebuilds skin’s natural moisture shield, preventing moisture loss. Dermatologist tested, its oil-free and non-comedogenic formulation is also instantly absorbed into the skin and hydrates with a non-greasy feel.

My Verdict for the entire Range:
Crazy weather, unhealthy diet plus hormonal imbalance will result to EXTREME BAD SKIN A.K.A. = ME! But thanks to Neutrogena Hydro Boost Range, it really helps my skin stay hydrated and was able to slowly heal those DRY and RED patches I developed from massive use of acne products. At first I was quite skeptical on trying this range, because my main problem is Acne NOT dryness. But after using for 2weeks long, surprisingly it did improve my skin into more radiant and healthy looking.

For the past years, I’ve always thought that since I have oily skin I should only buy products that targets on oily/acnes treatments. However, most of the products for oily/acne skin can cause dullness, dryness and peeling of skin. Even though our skin might seem oily but our skin still needs sufficient amount of water in order for skin to stay moist, radiant and healthy looking. Thus, the reason why Neutrogena Hydro boosts range was able to provide good results in balancing skin hydration.

Will you recommend it/Buy again?: Double Yes!
Rate: 8/10

(PS: There is one more item included in the range which is the Hydro Mask but the Watson branch I went into didn’t have it anymore thus I was not able to add it up here.)

    1. Hi dear, according to my experience I would recommend treating acnes first and once it's all cleared up then switch for a particular skincare that really targets on your skin condition. =)
